1. Is there any specification for the package and what are they?

The package dimensions cannot exceed 45 cm height by 35 cm width by 45 cm length and aforementioned the weight cannot exceed 10 kgs.

2. What are the package requirements?

The package must be properly packed & double checked before it is handed over to our Delivery Staff.

3. Should I become a registered merchant with you to avail your service?

You can book a delivery without needing to create an account or signing in as a registered merchant. Just fill in the minimum details of the sender and receiver and leave the rest to us!
